1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The products received are damaged during transit
- The products are defective or faulty
- The products delivered are incorrect or do not match the confirmed order
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of B2B and bulk manufacturing, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, private-label, or made-to-order products
- Bulk orders approved through samples or specifications
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer (wrong product, size, quantity, or specifications)
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or replacement request, please email us at [your email address] with:
- Order number / Invoice number
- Clear images or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once the claim is approved:
- We may request the product to be returned (if required)
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Friendly Bamboo reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any replacement or refund
5. Replacement or Credit
Based on evaluation:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A credit note may be issued for future orders
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or adjusted against future invoices.
6. Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product), Friendly Bamboo will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is approved for any other reason, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
7. No Cash Refund Policy
As a B2B supplier, Friendly Bamboo does not offer cash refunds by default. Refunds, when approved, are typically provided in the form of replacements or account credits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
