We ship bamboo products to:

  • Domestic locations (within India)
  • International destinations (subject to order size, destination, and regulations)

Shipping availability may vary based on product type, order quantity, and destination country.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after confirmation of payment and final approval of specifications
  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Custom, private-label, or bulk manufacturing orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We work with trusted logistics and freight partners to ensure safe delivery, including:

  • Courier services for smaller consignments

6. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp (where applicable)
  • For freight shipments, relevant transport documents will be provided

7. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Buyers are advised to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery
  • Any visible damage, shortage, or tampering should be reported immediately to the delivery partner and to Friendly Bamboo
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Friendly Bamboo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes
  • Government restrictions or force majeure events

9. Incorrect Shipping Details

Friendly Bamboo will not be liable for delays or losses caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Incorrect contact details provided by the buyer

Any additional costs arising from such errors will be borne by the buyer.
